    Can we use analogue input in Avaya Office ip500 v2 control unit?

      Yes, You can use the analog voice input (3.5mm jack) behind the control unit to feed the audion into it. I have used this to configure music on hold on Avaya ip office 500 v2.
      You can connect a computer to this port and play the music continuously in a vlc media player in the computer.

    Is it legal as per TRAI to forward calls from my office Avaya system to a cell phone?

      The answer is: yes, and no, it depends on which calls you are forwarding.
      As per TRAI, it is illegal if the call is originated outside India, and the Avaya system is located/hosted within India, and if the call is forwarded/diverted to a mobile phone/landline in India.
